We believe a precious-metals purchase should be understood before it is made. That means full product names, plain specifications, honest photography, and a process in which the price, availability and payment timing are confirmed with you before you pay.
A long-term view
Most people who buy physical metals intend to hold them for years. We try to be useful for that whole period: explaining the products, talking through how a purchase fits the goals you describe, reviewing what you already own, and discussing the options when you or your family eventually decide to sell.
